• There is a refundable security deposit. • The unit is Ford Fiesta automatic. • You are responsible for the safe operation of the vehicle and shall not be used to violate any law or city ordinances. This will be solely used for personal or family purposes transport. • The car has spare tire, floor mattings, seat cover, lug wrench, jack. • There are slight scratches in the body of the vehicle. Should you cause any scratches or dents, you will be responsible to pay for its repair. In case of accident related damage, you will take full responsibility of collecting payment from the party who caused the damage to cover its repair. Renter will be asked to check the scratches and flaws of the unit before the turn over. • If you travel outside the agreed itinerary or area specified without prior notice to owner, there is a penalty of P5,000 on top of the additional payment for the rate outside the itinerary agreed. • You will return the guage of the gas on the same bar when you pick it up. Should you fail to return on the same gas level, you will be charged P400 for every one fourth on gas guage level. • The Car is run by UNLEADED fuel from Unioil gas stations. • Failure to return the car on time as agreed, you will pay an extra charge of P300 for every additional hour of extension. • The car is guaranteed clean, fresh, sanitized and excellent condition upon pick up, upon its return you will pay 150 for the carwash and sanitation. • Should any item in the car missing when you return the vehicle such as spare tire, mattings, including the cars remote keys, you will charged correspondingly. Pls be reminded that the cars remote, if lost, will cost you P10,000 to replace it. • You are not allowed to smoke inside the car. There is a penalty of 5000, for it will have to go under deep cleaning
