Terms and Conditions General Terms PLEASE NOTE: submitting forged IDs or any documents will be automatically reported to HPG, police station and NBI. These terms and conditions govern the rental agreement between the Car Rental Company and the customer. By renting a vehicle from the Company, the Renter agrees to comply with all terms and conditions stated herein. The Company reserves the right to refuse rental services to any individual who does not meet the requirements or fails to comply with these terms. Eligibility and Requirements * The Renter must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driver’s license. * Foreign renters must present a valid passport and an International Driving Permit (IDP) or an English-translated driver’s license. * The Renter must provide a valid government-issued ID and a credit card for security deposit purposes. Rental Period and Extensions * The rental period starts from the time the vehicle is handed over to the Renter and ends when it is returned to the owner. * Extensions must be requested at least 24 hours before the agreed return time, subject to availability and additional charges. * Late returns beyond the agreed period will incur additional fees, which may include ₱200 hourly. 4. Payment and Security Deposit * The Renter must pay the full rental fee upfront before using the vehicle. * A security deposit is required, which will be refunded upon vehicle return, provided there is no damage or violation of the agreement. * Payments can be made via CASH or bank transfer. 5. Vehicle Use and Restrictions * The vehicle shall only be used for personal or business transportation within permitted areas in the Philippines. * The Renter is strictly prohibited from: • Using the vehicle for racing, off-road driving, or illegal activities. • Subleasing or lending the vehicle to another person. • Driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any illegal substances. • Carrying excessive passengers or overloading the vehicle. * The Renter must ensure proper care of the vehicle and comply with all local traffic laws. 6. Fuel Policy * The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned in the same condition. * If the vehicle is returned with less fuel, the Renter will be charged for the missing fuel based on current market prices. Insurance and Liability * The rental vehicle includes basic insurance coverage. * The Renter is responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of the vehicle during the rental period, unless covered by optional insurance. * If an accident occurs, the Renter must immediately report it to the Company and the nearest authorities, providing all necessary documentation. Breakdown and Roadside Assistance * In case of mechanical failure not caused by the Renter’s negligence, the Company will provide roadside assistance. * The Renter must not attempt to repair the vehicle without the Company’s approval. * Removing the dash cam is prohibited, in the event that it was removed and unexpected happened you will be liable for damages for both parties. Return of Vehicle * The vehicle must be returned on the agreed date, time, and location in clean and good condition. * Any delays or failure to return the vehicle may result in additional charges or legal actions. *If the car is in dirty condition with returned, you will be charged ₱200 for the car wash Cancellation and Refund Policy * Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the rental start date may be eligible for a partial refund. * No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the rental period. * The Company reserves the right to cancel the rental agreement if the Renter fails to meet the requirements. 11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution * These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. * Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through mediation or legal proceedings in the appropriate Philippine courts. By signing the rental agreement or proceeding with the rental, the Renter acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
