Motorcycle Rental Terms and Conditions for Benelli Motobi 200:
Rental Agreement: The rental agreement is a legally binding contract between the motorcycle rental company and the renter, outlining the terms and conditions for the rental period.
Eligibility Requirements: Renters must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid motorcycle license.
Security Deposit: A security deposit of PHP 3000.00 is required before the rental period begins. The deposit is refundable upon the return of the motorcycle in its original condition. The deposit may be used to cover minor damages to the motorcycle.
Identification: The renter must provide a valid government-issued identification document during the rental process. A passport is preferred for identification purposes.
Rental Duration: The rental duration will be specified in the agreement, starting from the pick-up date and time to the return date and time.
Insurance: The rental fee may include basic insurance coverage. Additional insurance options may be available at an extra cost.
Use of the Motorcycle: The motorcycle should be used only for lawful purposes and on approved roads and territories. Any off-road or unauthorized use may lead to penalties.
Responsibility for Damages: The renter is responsible for any damages incurred to the motorcycle during the rental period, including accidents, collisions, theft, or vandalism.
Repair Costs: The renter will be responsible for all repair costs required to restore the motorcycle to its original condition, subject to the motorcycle rental company's assessment.
Maintenance and Care: The renter should maintain the motorcycle in good condition throughout the rental period, including regular checks of oil, tires, and other essential components. The motorcycle must be fueled with 95 octane gasoline to ensure proper performance.
Fuel Policy: The motorcycle is typically provided with a full tank of fuel, and the renter is expected to return it with a full tank of 95 octane gasoline. Additional charges may apply for fuel consumption or if the motorcycle is returned with fuel of lower octane rating.
Late Return: The renter is expected to return the motorcycle on the agreed-upon date and time. Late returns may incur additional charges.
Prohibited Actions: Smoking, carrying passengers without permission, racing, and reckless driving are usually prohibited.
Indemnification: The renter agrees to indemnify and hold the rental company harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising during the rental period.
Jurisdiction: The rental agreement will specify the jurisdiction and laws governing the contract.
Always carefully read the terms and conditions before signing any rental agreement. If you have any doubts or questions, don't hesitate to ask the motorcycle rental company for clarification.
Note: Foreign driving licenses are valid in most countries including the Philippines for the next 90 days after arrival. After 90 days foreign driving license is required to be converted to the local standard. Remember that if you are planning a long trip!

- Reckless Driving: Renters must not engage in reckless driving, excessive speeding, stunts, or racing, as it can endanger the rider, the public, and the motorcycle
- Carrying Passengers or Cargo: Renters are typically not allowed to carry passengers or transport heavy cargo on the motorcycle unless the bike is specifically designed for it
- Modifications: Renters should not modify or alter the motorcycle's components, including the engine, exhaust, or any other essential parts
- Subleasing or Sharing: Subleasing or sharing the rented motorcycle with another person is usually not permitted
- Intoxication - Riding the motorcycle while under the influence of drugs or alcohol is strictly prohibited.
- Towing: Attaching trailers or other vehicles to the rented motorcycle is generally not allowed
- Transportation of Hazardous Materials: Renters should not use the motorcycle to transport hazardous or illegal materials.
- Unauthorized Repairs: Attempting to repair or maintain the motorcycle without the rental company's consent is usually forbidden
- Leaving the Country: In many cases, renters are restricted from taking the motorcycle across international borders.
- Time Limit Violation: Exceeding the agreed-upon rental duration without prior approval can result in penalties or additional charges.
- Use by Unlicensed Riders: Allowing individuals without a valid motorcycle license to operate the rented motorcycle is not permitted.
- Smoking: Smoking while riding the motorcycle is often prohibited for safety and hygiene reasons.
- Participation in Illegal Activities: Renters must not use the motorcycle for any criminal activities or unlawful purposes
