1. The Renter agrees to pay the total rental fee of Php 2,500 for the agreed-upon rental period. Any additional charges, such as fuel, tolls, or fines, will be the responsibility of the Renter. 2. The Renter shall provide a security deposit of Php 2,000 upon vehicle pickup. The deposit will be refunded right after the vehicle's return, provided there are no damages, outstanding fines, or policy violations. 4. The Renter must be at least 18 years old and must possess a valid driver's license. 5. Additional drivers must be approved by the Owner and meet the same requirements. 6. The Renter acknowledges and agrees that the car unit shall not be taken outside the mainland of Cebu, including but not limited to destinations such as Bantayan Island or Camotes Island, without prior written consent from the Owner. Any unauthorized travel to restricted areas may result in penalties, and the Renter will be held responsible for any damages, towing, or recovery expenses incurred. 7. The Renter agrees to use the vehicle only for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to subleasing, towing, racing, transporting hazardous materials and other unlawful acts. 8. The Renter agrees to inform the owner promptly of any issues or necessary repairs. The Owner will cover normal wear and tear, and the Renter will be responsible for damages resulting from negligence or misuse. 9. For every accident or loss, the Renter is obliged to pay the deductible franchise amount as stipulated by the insurance policy covering the rented unit. 10. In excess of the insurance coverage applied to the RENTER, the Renter is obliged to pay or settle the remaining balance for the necessary repairs or replacement parts. 11. In the event of the loss of the car key or ignition key, the Renter is obliged to pay a replacement fee of Php 2,000. This fee covers the cost of obtaining a replacement key from the authorized dealership. 12. If the key is accidentally locked inside the car, the Renter will also be charged Php 2,000 for locksmith services. 13. The vehicle must be returned with a full tank of fuel. The Renter is responsible for any fuel charges incurred if the tank is not refilled to the agreed-upon level. 14. The Renter agrees to return the vehicle in a clean and washed condition. Additional cleaning charges may apply if the vehicle is returned excessively dirty or requires professional cleaning. 15. The Owner reserves the right to terminate this agreement and repossess the vehicle if the Renter violates any terms herein.
