CONDITION OF VEHICLE ● The owner states that to the best of his knowledge and believe that the above-described vehicle is in sound and safe condition and free of any known defects or faults which would affect its safe operation under normal use. TERM AND CONDITIONS ● Renter agrees to return the vehicle to Rental Company's premises at the end of the rental period in the same condition as it was received, with a full tank of fuel. ● Any damages to the vehicle or excessive wear and tear beyond normal usage will be assessed by Rental Company, and Renter agrees to pay for the cost of repairs or restoration. ● Renter agrees to maintain the vehicle in good condition throughout the rental period. ● The vehicle shall not be used for any illegal activities, including but not limited to smuggling, transportation of contraband, or any other criminal activities. ● Maximum seating capacity of the vehicle is up to 5 only including the driver ● Travel destination is exclusively within the Island of CEBU ONLY. ● Renter agrees to return the vehicle to the Owner premises or the agreed location where the vehicle was pickup or delivered. Vehicle should be returned at the end of the rental period in the same condition as it was received, with a full tank of fuel or same amount of fuel originally when it was handed over to renter. Renter should bring the vehicle to the car wash station to be cleaned before turn over. ● Excess hours of the agreed time of return will be charged by 250 per hour. QUALIFICATIONS ● The rental states that he/she is physically and legally qualified to operate the above-described vehicle DEPOSIT ● Renter agrees to pay a security deposit of Php 2000.00 at the time of rental. This deposit will be refunded upon return of the vehicle in the same condition as it was rented, less any applicable charges for damages or additional services.

Driver license requirements

Foreign driving licenses are valid in the Philippines for up to 90 days after arrival. Beyond 90 days, you must convert your foreign license to a local one. Plan accordingly if your stay is longer than three months. It is recommended to carry an International Driving Permit (IDP).
