TERMS AND CONDITIONS • Renter shall not use the vehicle for any form of illegal means in reference to the Philippines law. If so, the renter should be accountable for the same. • Renter shall return the vehicle in gas amount as per handed over. • Renter shall bear all traffic and parking related violations incurred by subject vehicle during the duration of rental. • Renter shall ensure vehicle is used within Cebu only. • Renter is liable for any loss (if stolen), or further damage to the vehicle (minor scratches included) and its accessories during the rental duration. • Renter must not operate the vehicle in a negligent manner and must not be operated by another person without the written permission of the owner. • In the event that any accident should occur, the CAR OWNER is not held liable for any accident, damages, or injuries that the renter causes while operating the car. • The renter shall shoulder all the expenses including the car damage, or any injured person’s involved during the accident.

Note: Foreign driving licenses are valid in most countries including the Philippines for the next 90 days after arrival. After 90 days foreign driving license is required to be converted to the local standard. Remember that if you are planning a long trip!
