Book2Wheel+ Subscription Terms & Conditions

1. What is Book2Wheel+?

Book2Wheel+ is a subscription service that provides members with a percentage discount on all eligible rental bookings made through Book2Wheel.

Key Terms:

• The Subscription includes a minimum binding period of 3 months.
• The Subscription renews automatically on a monthly basis unless canceled.
• The Subscription fee is charged monthly in advance.
• By purchasing the Subscription, you authorize recurring monthly payments.

The Subscription may change over time. Please refer to the Book2Wheel platform for the latest details.

Benefits:

• Discounts apply to eligible bookings for cars, motorbikes, vans, and trucks.
• Benefits apply only to new bookings made after subscribing.
• Discounts do not apply to bookings confirmed before the Subscription start date.

You can manage your Subscription in your user profile under the "Subscription" section, where you can:

• View payment details
• Check your next billing date
• Update payment method
• See cancellation status

2. Purchasing Book2Wheel+

You can purchase Book2Wheel+ directly on the Book2Wheel platform via your account.

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance.
• Your first payment is charged at the time of purchase.
• Your Subscription is activated immediately upon payment.

The billing cycle is based on your purchase date, and your selected payment method will be charged automatically.

If you do not wish to continue, you must cancel your Subscription as described in Section 3.

Payment Issues:

If payment cannot be processed:

• You will be asked to update your payment method.
• Book2Wheel reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Subscription.
• Book2Wheel reserves the right to retry and charge payment retroactively from the original billing date.

3. Cancelling Your Book2Wheel+ Subscription

You can cancel your Subscription at any time through your user profile.

Important:

• You will retain access to Subscription benefits until the end of your current billing period.
• All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

If you cancel before completing the 3-month binding period, you will still be charged for the remaining months in that period.

To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation must be completed at least 30 days before the next billing date.

4. Changes to the Subscription

Book2Wheel reserves the right to:

• Modify Subscription terms, pricing, or benefits
• Discontinue the Subscription in certain countries

However:

• You will receive at least 14 days' notice for changes that significantly affect your Subscription.
• Pricing changes will be communicated 30 days in advance.

You may cancel your Subscription according to Section 3 if you do not accept the changes.

Termination by Book2Wheel:

Book2Wheel may terminate your Subscription immediately if:

• You misuse the platform or Subscription
• Fraudulent activity is suspected
• You violate these Terms or applicable laws

In such cases, Book2Wheel may retain any fees already paid.

5. Processing of Personal Data

Your personal data is processed in accordance with the Book2Wheel Privacy Policy.

We collect and use Subscription-related data including:

• Subscription plan
• Pricing
• Payment method
• Validity period
• Included benefits

This data is used to:

• Provide and manage your Subscription
• Process payments
• Deliver customer support

Your data is processed in accordance with legal and contractual obligations.
