🚐 **Van Rental Terms & Conditions** **Driver Requirements** • Driver must possess a valid driver's license with the appropriate restriction codes for the rented vehicle and must have held the license for at least one (1) year. • For vans carrying more than ten (10) passengers, a valid **B1 license restriction** is required. • Please provide a secondary government-issued ID or primary ID for verification. Alternative IDs may be considered upon approval. • One valid ID and a refundable **₱1,000 security deposit** may be required during the rental period. • For foreign tourists, only passport verification and a photo capture are required. **Booking Information** • Please include your destination, travel dates, and itinerary when sending a booking request. • Long-distance destinations may be subject to minimum rental period requirements. **Mileage Reminder** • Standard Rate: **₱2,495/day** includes **150 km per day**. • Excess mileage is charged at **₱20 per kilometer**. • Unlimited Mileage Rate: **₱3,495/day**. • Unlimited Mileage must be selected at the start of the rental and applies to the entire rental period. • 3 days Minimum rental days for Unlimited Mileage depend on the destination and travel distance. **Vehicle Return** • Vehicles are released freshly washed and sanitized and a CAR WASH fee will be charged.. • Please return the vehicle with the same fuel level as received. • RFID balances (Autosweep and Easytrip) will be recorded at both pickup and return. • Vehicles are Autosweep and Easytrip ready. **Renter Responsibility** • The renter assumes full responsibility for any traffic violations, parking fines, toll charges, impound fees, or penalties incurred during the rental period. • The renter is responsible for any loss, damage, or negligence involving the vehicle during the lease period, subject to the terms of the rental agreement.
