1.) Drivers License 2.) Government ID 3.) Signed Rental Agreement 4.) PHP 2,000 Security Deposit (Refundable upon return of the unit). 5.) The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level upon release. If fuel is less upon return, renter will be charged the actual fuel difference. 6.) PHP 200 for Carwash if returned dirty or muddy. 7.) Late return beyond the agreed time shall be charge PHP 200 per hour per excess time.

Note: Foreign driving licenses are valid in most countries including the Philippines for the next 90 days after arrival. After 90 days foreign driving license is required to be converted to the local standard. Remember that if you are planning a long trip!

Regardless of car insurance, the renter is responsible for any damages, accidents, lost (or even theft when not returned) during their time of use. If the vehicle becomes unusable due to damage, accident, or repair under the RENTER’s responsibility, the RENTER shall pay the daily rental rate for the entire repair period, including time spent in CASA, until the vehicle is fully restored and rentable.
