Coverage Exclusions: The Renter expressly understands and agrees that the following actions and circumstances are excluded from coverage under this Contract: 3.1 Driving Intoxicated: The Renter shall not operate the rental vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other substance impairing their ability to drive as determined by the local laws and regulations. 3.2 Racing: The Renter shall not use the rental vehicle for racing, speed contests, or any other competition. 3.3 Off-Road Use: The Renter shall not take the rental vehicle off-road, including but not limited to unpaved roads, trails, or any terrain not suitable for ordinary vehicle use. 3.4 Unauthorized Drivers: The Renter shall not allow any person not expressly listed on this Contract as an authorized driver to operate the rental vehicle. 3.5 Island Restriction: The Renter shall not take the rental vehicle outside the island of Cebu, Philippines, as specified by the Company. 3.6 Ferry Transportation: The Renter shall not transport the rental vehicle by ferry or any other form of watercraft without the prior written consent of the Company.
