To ensure a smooth and secure rental experience, please review the following requirements: ✅ Driver Eligibility Must be at least 21 years old Must hold a valid Philippine driver’s license or international driving permit License must have been held for at least 2 years 📄 Required Documents Valid driver’s license (physical copy) One (1) government-issued ID (e.g., passport, UMID, SSS, TIN) Proof of billing or address (if requested) 💳 Payment & Security Deposit Full payment required upon pick up. Refundable security deposit of 5,000php required Accepted payment methods: GCash, bank transfer, cash Insurance excess/deductible may apply in case of damage 📆 Rental Terms Minimum rental period: 1 day (24 hours) Late return fee applies after 1-hour grace period Vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as at pickup 📍 Pickup Option only Pickup/drop-off at airports, terminals, or hotels available upon request 🚗 Mileage Policy Daily mileage limit: 200 km/day 🚫 Prohibited Uses No smoking or vaping inside the vehicle No off-road driving or racing No transport of illegal goods or hazardous materials Only authorized drivers listed in the rental agreement may operate the vehicle Renters' Responsibilities a. Renter accepts full responsibility of the car on the whole rental period. b. In case of Damage, the Renter agreed to pay the cost of repair regardless of cause. c. In case of Lost, the renter agreed to pay the unit's current market value. d. In case of an accident, if another party is involved and responsible /at fault for the cause of the accident. The renter must contact the owner and report the incident. The renter must do the following: • Take pictures (Front, Back, and Side of Vehicle Road must be visible) • Photocopy of OR/CR of vehicle involved • Photocopy of License and Identification Card of the party involved • Photocopy of Insurance of vehicle involved • Secure a Police Report. Renter is the only authorized driver and confirms in possession of a Valid Driver’s License. Renter will pay for all fines and penalties for any traffic violation committed during the rental period. g. Renter is responsible for returning as much fuel in the Tank as when received. h. The renter agreed to return the car on time
