1. Must be an adult. 2. Must have a driver's license (non-pro or pro with restrictions A). 3. Must fully paid the reservation upon pick-up. 4. The renter will be provided with 1 helmet only. Second helmet not yet available for now. 5. No additional accessories must be attached/added to the vehicle. 6. Additional storage optional for a fee. Please indicate upon requesting to book. 7. Must not be used for racing, or any illegal activities. 8. The renter must agree to take good care of the motorcycle at all times regardless of the insurance coverage. 9. Any damage caused by the renter that is not covered by the insurance company will be charged against the renter in full regardless of the cost of repair/replacement. 10. A refundable 2500 pesos security deposit will be required from the renter and a valid ID (Passport, National ID, NBI, PSA documents) upon pick up. Security deposit can be refunded upon return of the unit, after inspection. ID may not be required for repeat customers. 11. In case of lost/stolen, anything not covered by the insurance will be shouldered by the renter. 12. The vehicle must not be used outside of Metro Manila. The vehicle is equipped with a GPS tracking system for us to identify if the vehicle is being transported outside Metro Manila. 13. use as a public transport/For Hire/TNVS/Delivery services. For personal use only. 14. Gas, parking fee, toll fees will be shouldered by the customer. 15. Only use unleaded gas. 16. Must not be use for any illegal activities. 17. Unreturned unit on time will be automatically reported to authorities. 18. No official receipts being issued for all rentals. 19. Extra fuel upon return will not be refunded by the Host. The Host reserves the right to modify this agreement when necessary based on renter's needs and approval.
