Renters must be of legal age, present a valid ID, and possess a driver's license. Foreign visitors must have a valid foreign driver's license and present their passport for verification. Only a valid ID will be collected temporarily and returned upon returning the vehicle. Additionally, a 1,000 PHP security deposit is required upon using the vehicle. This will be refunded upon returning the vehicle if it is found to be damage-free. If any damage is present, the renter is responsible for the repair costs. While Bantayan Island may not strictly enforce road laws, renters are required to obey and follow all traffic regulations. A contract will be provided upon vehicle delivery.
