IF THE CAR WAS TOTALLY WRECK DURING ACCIDENT, THE RENTER AGREES TO PAY THE 50% DAILY RENT FOR OWNERS COMPENSATION 9. RENTER MUST REPORT ANY DAMAGE TO THE CAR OR ACCIDENT IMMEDIATELY. 10. THE CAR OWNER IS FREE FROM CRIMINAL AND FINANCIAL LIABILITY INCASE THE PASSENGERS SUFFERED INJURIES OR DEATH. 11. RENTER MUST TAKE CARE OF THE VEHICLE AT ALL TIMES.
