1. Rental Requirements
Renter must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license (local or international).
License must be presented at the time of vehicle pickup.
The renter must have no major traffic violations or DUI/DWI records.
2. Usage Guidelines
The vehicle may only be driven by the renter or individuals listed and approved by the owner.
No smoking, vaping, or transporting of illegal substances in the vehicle.
The car may not be used for racing, towing, off-road driving, or ride-sharing (e.g., Grab, Uber).
Daily mileage limit: [300 km]. Excess mileage charge: [e.g., ₱10/km].
3. Fuel Policy
The vehicle will be provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned the same.
If not refueled, a refueling fee will be deducted from the security deposit.
4. Condition and Cleanliness
The vehicle will be delivered clean and in good condition.
Renter is responsible for returning the vehicle in the same condition.
Cleaning fee may apply if the car is returned excessively dirty (e.g., spills, stains, sand, pet hair).
5. Accidents, Damage, and Insurance
Any damage, scratches, or accidents must be reported immediately to the owner.
If damage occurs due to renter's fault or negligence, renter will bear full repair costs.
In case of an accident, renter must cooperate with authorities and file a police report if required.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
Free cancellation up to [24 hours] before pickup.
Late cancellations (less than 24 hours before pickup) may incur a fee or forfeit deposit.
7. Late Return
Late return without may incur additional charges (₱150/hour).
If more than [4 hours] late, a full extra day may be charged.
8. Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit of [₱2,500] will be collected before the rental.
It will be returned within [24–48 hours] after the vehicle is returned and inspected for damages.
9. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Philippines.
Any disputes arising from this rental will be resolved through amicable negotiation or local legal channels.

Note: Foreign driving licenses are valid in most countries including the Philippines for the next 90 days after arrival. After 90 days foreign driving license is required to be converted to the local standard. Remember that if you are planning a long trip!
