1. Reservation / Booking To reserve a vehicle. Full Name Address Contact Number(s) Atleast two (2) valid IDs or Passport 2. Rental Terms Rentals begin and end at the agreed pickup and return time. Early returns: No refunds. Late returns: A penalty of ₱30 per hour applies after the agreed return time. Delays beyond 3 hours result in a full-day rental charge plus compensation for lost bookings. Pickup/Return Location: Depends on the location within the City Failure to return the vehicle at the designated location results in forfeiture of the deposit and additional retrieval fees. Minimum rental: 24 hours(self-drive) Rentals shorter than this period will be charged for the minimum duration. 3. Rental Fees & Additional Charges Fuel: Renters must return the vehicle with the same fuel level. Otherwise, a ₱50 per missing level charge applies. Cleaning: A ₱100 cleaning fee applies if the vehicle is returned dirty.

Driver license requirements

Foreign driving licenses are valid in the Philippines for up to 90 days after arrival. Beyond 90 days, you must convert your foreign license to a local one. Plan accordingly if your stay is longer than three months. It is recommended to carry an International Driving Permit (IDP).

Vandalism & Theft: The renter is fully liable for any damages arising from vandalism, theft, or any other events occurring during the rental period, including those covered by insurance, but which are subject to the renter’s responsibility.
