Comprehensive Car Rental Terms and Conditions 1. Vehicle Cleanliness • The vehicle must be returned clean, both inside and out. • A cleaning fee of Php 250.00 will apply if the renter cannot return the car in its original condition. • Smoking and bringing pets inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited. Penalties: • Smoking: Php 2,000.00 cleaning fee. • Pets: Php 2,000.00 cleaning fee. 2. Fuel Policy • The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as provided at the start of the rental. • We recommend taking a photo of the fuel gauge prior to vehicle acceptance. • Excess fuel will not be refunded. 3. Inspection and Vehicle Condition • A thorough internal and external inspection must be performed by the renter before accepting the vehicle. • Any pre-existing dents or damages must be documented through photos or videos and reported to the owner. • Upon return, the vehicle’s condition will be re-inspected. Failure to report damages prior to acceptance will make the renter liable for repairs. 4. Damage Responsibility • The renter is responsible for all damages, regardless of fault. This includes: • Flat, damaged, or busted tires. • Unsafe parking or accidents. • Loss or theft of the vehicle. • Repair costs: • Minimum Php 2,500.00 per panel for scratches (subject to dealership quotation). • Php 3,500.00 per panel for dents. • The renter must pay a daily rental rate of Php 2,000.00 while the vehicle is being repaired to compensate for lost income. 5. Collision and Liability • The renter is fully liable for collision damages, regardless of fault or unknown causes. • All repairs must be done at an owner-approved repair shop. • The renter must notify the owner immediately in case of accidents or damages. 6. Trip Details and Destination Policy • The vehicle must only be driven within the declared origin and destination. • Any changes to the agreed destination require prior notice and approval. • Additional charges for destination changes: Php 500.00 – Php 2,000.00 depending on location. • Failure to notify: Php 1,000.00 fine per province. 7. Operating Hours • Business hours: 6:00 AM – 11:00 PM. • Vehicles must be delivered and returned during these hours. • Returns outside business hours will incur the following overtime charges: • Php 200/hour for sedans. • Php 300/hour for 7-seater vehicles. 8. Accessories and Vehicle Parts • The renter is responsible for maintaining all accessories, mats, and seat covers in good condition. • Lost or damaged keys will be charged to the renter. 9. RFID and Toll Usage • Toll charges will be billed based on actual usage plus a Php 15.00 reloading fee. • Excess RFID load is non-refundable. 10. Additional Fees for Extended Usage • For late returns, the renter must notify the owner at least 2 hours in advance. • Unauthorized extensions will be charged at Php 200/hour (sedan) or Php 300/hour (7-seater). • 15 minutes late return will automatically charge as 1 hour extension. 11. Legal and Intended Use Only • The vehicle must not be used for illegal activities, transporting prohibited goods, or any purpose that violates laws or regulations. 12. ID Deposit Requirement • The renter must leave a valid ID with the company, which will be returned upon completion of the rental and settlement of any damages. 13. Cleaning and Sanitation • Vehicles are handed over clean and sanitized. • If the renter cannot return the vehicle clean, a cleaning fee of Php 200.00 applies. 14. Owner’s Right to Retrieve Vehicle • The owner reserves the right to retrieve the vehicle if any terms and conditions are violated.
