Enhanced Safety & Rental Rules Driver & Eligibility Renter must be at least 21 years old Must hold a valid Driver’s License (Category B – Passenger Cars) for at least 2 years Only the registered renter may drive the vehicle (no sub-renting or lending) Deposit & Payment A ₱1,000 refundable deposit is required (refunded upon safe return of the car) Full rental payment must be settled before vehicle release Vehicle Care Vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as at pickup No smoking, pets, or eating inside the car Renter must keep the car locked and parked in safe areas when not in use Strictly no off-road driving or use in flood-prone areas Safety & Compliance Seatbelts must be worn at all times by all passengers Renter is responsible for any traffic violations, toll fees, or parking fines during the rental period Any accident or damage must be reported immediately to the owner Insurance & Liability Vehicle is covered by Comprehensive Insurance (accidents, theft, fire, natural disasters, and third-party liability) Renter is liable for damages not covered by insurance (e.g., negligence, drunk driving, reckless use) Return Conditions Car must be returned clean and in good condition Late returns beyond agreed time will incur ₱250 per hour penalty
