1. Rental Agreement
By renting the motorcycle, the Renter agrees to all terms stated herein. The Owner retains full ownership of the vehicle and grants temporary use only during the rental period.

2. Rental Period and Payment
Rental rate: ₱1,000 per day (includes up to 150 kilometers of usage).
Any excess distance will be charged ₱30 per additional kilometer.
A ₱2,000 security deposit is required before release of the unit.
Full payment and deposit must be settled upfront.
The rental period begins upon release and ends upon the motorcycle’s return in good condition.
Late returns will incur an additional ₱200 per hour beyond the agreed time.

3. Usage Restrictions
The motorcycle shall not be used for racing, reckless driving, or illegal activities.
The motorcycle must only be operated by the authorized renter with a valid driver’s license.
The renter must comply with all traffic laws and regulations.
The motorcycle shall not be sub-rented, sold, or transferred.

4. Care and Maintenance
The renter must handle the unit responsibly and report any damage or malfunction immediately.
Any damage, loss, or theft during the rental period is the renter’s full responsibility.
The renter shall bear the cost of repair or replacement (based on the authorized Yamaha service center’s estimate).
The unit must be returned with the same fuel level as when received.

5. Accidents and Liability
In case of an accident, the renter must notify the owner immediately.
The renter is liable for any damage to property, injury, or death caused during use of the motorcycle.
The renter shall bear towing, impound, or legal fees resulting from misuse.
The owner is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damages incurred during use.

6. Security Deposit and Return
The security deposit will be refunded only after the motorcycle is returned in the same condition (excluding normal wear).
Any deduction for damage, missing parts, or late fees will be taken from the deposit.

7. Termination
The owner reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement without refund if the renter violates any condition herein.
Note: Foreign driving licenses are valid in most countries including the Philippines for the next 90 days after arrival. After 90 days foreign driving license is required to be converted to the local standard. Remember that if you are planning a long trip!

Insurance Coverage and Conditions
The motorcycle is covered by Third-Party Liability (TPL) insurance and manufacturer-issued insurance from Yamaha (casa).
TPL covers damage or injury caused to third parties only; it does not cover damage to the renter, the motorcycle, or personal belongings.
The casa insurance covers manufacturer-related issues or defects, not accident-related damages.
In case of an accident, theft, or loss, the renter shall shoulder all costs not covered by the existing insurance policies, including deductibles, repair costs, or replacement fees.
The renter must immediately report any accident or incident to the owner and cooperate with insurance procedures and police documentation.
Any insurance claim processing or delay will not suspend the renter’s financial obligations under the rental agreement.
