Terms and Conditions for Car Rental Service 1. Rental Eligibility The renter must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license. A government-issued ID and proof of payment are required before releasing the vehicle. 2. Payment & Deposits A Php 1,000 downpayment is required to secure the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid before or upon vehicle pickup. A security deposit of Php 1,000 is required and will be refunded upon returning the vehicle in good condition. 3. Rental Period & Extensions Rental rates apply per day/hour and must be returned on or before the agreed time. Extensions require prior approval and additional fees apply. 4. Responsibility for Damages & Repairs The renter is fully responsible for any damages, accidents, or losses during the rental period. If the vehicle is damaged, a daily fee will be charged until repairs are completed. The security deposit may be used to cover minor damages, but additional charges may apply if costs exceed the deposit. 5. Fuel Policy The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as when it was rented. Otherwise, a refueling charge will apply. 6. Usage Restrictions The vehicle must not be used for illegal activities, off-road driving, racing, or towing. Only authorized drivers listed in the contract may operate the vehicle. 7. Late Return & Penalties Late returns will be charged 250 per hour/day beyond the agreed rental period. Failure to return the vehicle without notice may result in legal action. 8. Cancellation & Refunds Cancellations made 3 days before the rental date may be eligible for a partial refund. The downpayment is non-refundable for last-minute cancellations. 9.
