Insurance Condition 1. Coverage – All rented vehicles are covered with [Third-Party Liability / Comprehensive Insurance] as required by law. 2. Driver Responsibility – The renter is responsible for any damage resulting from reckless driving, violation of traffic laws, drunk driving, or unauthorized use of the vehicle. 3. Excess/Deductible – In the event of an accident, the renter agrees to pay the insurance deductible amount of ₱[amount] before the insurance coverage applies. 4. Uncovered Damages – Tires, rims, underbody damage, lost keys, interior damage, and personal belongings inside the vehicle are not covered by insurance. 5. Reporting – Any accident, theft, or damage must be reported to the company and proper authorities within 24 hours, otherwise insurance may be void. 6. Unauthorized Drivers – Insurance will not apply if the vehicle is driven by anyone not listed in the rental agreement.
