it must have a valid drivers license, and other i.d. that matches the current residency of the renter,(primary ids, passport, nat. id., and proof of billing, and a security deposit of 2000 pesos, that will be deducted if you can cause damage to the vehicle) it will keep by the vehicle owner at least one of them and it will return to renter after returning the vehicle together with the security deposit if the vehicle not been taken any damages.

Note: Foreign driving licenses are valid in most countries including the Philippines for the next 90 days after arrival. After 90 days foreign driving license is required to be converted to the local standard. Remember that if you are planning a long trip!
