Usage Restrictions Ipinagbabawal ang: Overloading Pagsakay ng sobra sa seating capacity Paglabas ng sasakyan sa lugar na hindi napagkasunduan Sub-renting ng sasakyan Damage & Liability Ang renter ay mananagot sa lahat ng pinsala na hindi sakop ng insurance. Sa kaso ng total loss dahil sa kapabayaan, renter ang mananagot sa halaga ng sasakyan. Traffic Violations Lahat ng traffic violations, toll fees, parking fees, at penalties habang nasa renter ang sasakyan ay sagot ng renter. Cleaning Fee May karagdagang singil kung ang sasakyan ay ibinalik na sobrang dumi, may amoy ng sigarilyo, o may iniwang basura. Termination of Contract May karapatan ang may-ari na bawiin ang sasakyan anumang oras kung nilabag ang terms and conditions. Acceptance of Terms Sa pagkuha ng sasakyan, ang renter ay itinuturing na sumang-ayon sa lahat ng terms and conditions.
