Renter should not use the vehicle in any UNLAWFUL ACTIVITIES, OVERSEAS USE. If found that this clause is not followed, the renter will be charged a penalty of Php 10,000.00. Should the hired vehicle be involved in any traffic offense/accident the renter agrees to be liable for any issue/s that arise during his/her rent and pays all fines imposed by the authorities. No repairs should be done without the owner’s approval. If found that the renter repaired the rented vehicle without authorization from the owner, a PENALTY of Php 10,000.00 shall be charged to the renter. Any damages/scratches occurred during his/her rental period, a minimum damage fee of Php 5,000.00 will be charged to the renter unless any alternative agreement/arrangement is made with the owner. The idle and repair time of the vehicle will automatically be considered as rented day by the winter. The renter must return the vehicle with the same fuel level. The renter must return the vehicle cleaned. If not, Php 350.00 carwash fee shall be imposed. Any hours that exceed returned date & time shall be charged Php 200.00 per hour. The renter shall always avoid smoking inside the car. If found, a penalty shall be imposed in the amount of Php 2,000.00. The renter is responsible to provide any lost equipment/s or equal to the value of the lost equipment/s and shall be paid upon return of the vehicle.
