Late Return Policy (Specific Fee): If the Vehicle is not returned by the specified Return Time, a late fee of PHP 150.00 will be charged for every hour (or fraction thereof) that the Vehicle is late. FINANCIAL LIABILITY AND BILLING (NO DEPOSIT CLAUSE) Direct Billing for Charges: As NO SECURITY DEPOSIT is collected, the Renter expressly authorizes The Company to charge the Renter's provided credit card or requires immediate cash payment for any post-rental charges, including: Late return fees (PHP 150.00/hour). Costs for damage, repair, or theft (per Section V). Traffic fines, tolls, and impound fees. Lost key or accessory replacement costs. Renter's Full Exposure: The Renter acknowledges that the absence of a security deposit DOES NOT limit the Renter's financial liability. The Renter remains fully liable to The Company for all costs, damages, and fees outlined in this Agreement. V. INSURANCE, LIABILITY, AND RISK Mandatory CTPL: The Company provides the minimum legally required Compulsory Third-Party Liability (CTPL) insurance, which covers bodily injury or death to a Third Party only (up to \text{PHP 100,000}). CTPL DOES NOT COVER DAMAGE TO THE RENTED CLICK 160, INJURY TO THE RENTER OR PASSENGER, OR DAMAGE TO THIRD-PARTY PROPERTY. Renter's Full Liability: The Renter is fully responsible for all loss or damage to the Vehicle, its accessories, and loss of use (lost rental income), regardless of fault, up to the full market value of the Honda Click 160 (\text{PHP [Estimated Value]}), unless the Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is purchased. Collision Damage Waiver (CDW): \square YES, Renter purchases CDW for [CDW Fee] daily. Theft and Key Loss: In the event of theft, the Renter must immediately obtain a police report and surrender the original key/fob. Failure to produce the key/fob will be considered gross negligence, and the Renter will be held liable for the full market value of the Vehicle. VI. RENTER'S COVENANTS AND RESTRICTED USE Helmet Requirement: The Renter and any passenger must wear an appropriate DOT/ICC/ECE-approved helmet at all times. Prohibited Use: The Renter shall not use the Vehicle for racing, off-road use, illegal activities, or operate it while impaired. Authorized Driver: Only the Renter named in this Agreement is authorized to drive the Vehicle. Accident Procedure: In case of an accident, the Renter must immediately call the police to obtain a Police Report and notify The Company. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND SIGNATURES By signing below, the Renter certifies that all information provided is accurate, they have read and understood the terms, especially the No Security Deposit clause and the PHP 150.00 late fee, and they voluntarily agree to all conditions herein.
