Valid Driver’s License Required Renter must present a valid driver’s license and one government-issued ID upon pickup. Security Deposit A refundable security deposit is required. Any damage, loss, or violation may be deducted from the deposit. Fuel Policy Car must be returned with the same fuel level as received. Any shortage will be charged accordingly. Cleanliness Please return the car clean. Excessive dirt, stains, or spills may incur a cleaning fee. No Smoking / No Vaping Strictly no smoking or vaping inside the car. Penalties apply. Travel Limits Car is allowed within city/provincial limits (define your preferred area). Long-distance trips must be disclosed. Driving Restrictions No reckless driving No off-road use No drunk or drug-influenced driving No unauthorized drivers Accidents & Damages Any accident, damage, or unusual noise must be reported immediately. Renter is responsible for repairs if at fault. Late Return Policy Returning the car beyond the agreed time may result in additional charges (per hour or per day rate).
