We have 4 Major Rules:
1. Strictly NO RESERVATION FEE, NO BOOKING.
2. " No CANCELLATION.
3. " No Overpayment of Reservation Fees.
4. Excessive Use of Vehicle.
EXTENSION or OVERTIME:
Any extension request of more than two (2) days during the trip shall be paid in forty-eight (48) hours. The Renter should execute the payment on or before the given timeframe. Renters should follow the three (3) hours rule to notify if they wish to extend the number of hours of their booking period. Extended hours must be negotiated by and between Carbnb and the Renter. EXCESS HOURS: Use of the vehicle beyond the agreed return time specified herein shall be subject to the penalty rate (Php 250.00) per hour, with a maximum of 6 hours only. If it exceeds 6 hours, it will automatically be counted as a 1-day rental.
CANCELLATION
CLIENT may cancel his/her reservation within forty-eight (48) hours before the Start Date of the Lease. If the CLIENT fails to do so, fifty percent (50%) of the rental fee shall be charged to him/her.
EXCESSIVE USE OF VEHICLE
As per conversation the following was agreed upon
