1. Eligibility - Renter must be at least 18 years old. - A valid passport is required. - A valid driver’s license is required. An International Driving Permit (IDP) is strongly recommended and may be required by law enforcement in the Philippines. 2. Rental Period - The motorcycle is rented only for the agreed rental period. - Late return may result in additional charges. - The motorcycle must be returned in the same condition as rented, except for normal wear and tear. 3. Use of Motorcycle - The motorcycle must be used only by the registered renter. - No sub-leasing or lending to another person. - The motorcycle must be used only on public roads and not for racing, off-road use, or illegal activities. - The renter must follow all Philippine traffic laws and regulations. 4. Insurance Coverage - The motorcycle is covered by insurance, which may include: - Damage to the motorcycle due to accident or theft - Damage caused by natural events (flood, typhoon, earthquake, etc.) - Third-party property damage and bodily injury - Personal accident coverage for rider and passenger Insurance does NOT cover: - Damage caused by negligence, drunk driving, reckless driving, or illegal activities - Loss of keys, helmets, or accessories - Damage when the motorcycle is used by an unauthorized driver - The renter may be required to pay a deductible or excess amount for any insurance claim. 5. Accident or Damage - Any accident, damage, or theft must be reported immediately to the rental service. - A police report is required for accidents, injuries, or theft. - The renter is responsible for repair costs not covered by insurance. 6. Deposits and Payments - A security deposit may be required and will be refunded after the motorcycle is returned and inspected. - The renter is responsible for traffic fines, penalties, or violations during the rental period. 7. Fuel Policy - The motorcycle must be returned with the same fuel level as when rented. - Fuel costs are the responsibility of the renter. 8. Helmets and Safety - Helmets are provided and must be worn at all times as required by Philippine law. - The renter is responsible for their own safety and riding skills. 9. Termination of Rental - The rental services reserves the right to terminate the rental immediately if the renter violates these terms, with no refund. 10. Acceptance of Terms By renting the motorcycle, the renter confirms that they: - Understand and agree to these terms and conditions - Accept responsibility for the motorcycle during the rental period
