Renter has had the opportunity to inspect the vehicle before renting terms begins and confirms that it is in good operable condition. 2. Renter stated above, acknowledge the vehicle which He /She shall not be used for Over speeding and other Unlawful activities. 3. Only the renter above named/authorized person may use the vehicle. 4. Renter agrees to return the vehicle in its good current condition. 5. Renter swears and attest that he/she has a legal, valid license to drive this type of vehicle around region viii and that there are no outstanding warrants against said license and has insurance that will cover the operation of this vehicle. 6. Renter agrees to hold harmless, indemnify and release the Owner for any damages, injuries, property loss or death caused while the Renter operates this vehicle. 7. Renter will be held accountable for any damages or cleaning fees incurred while renting the vehicle, the renter will be automatically charged 2,500.00 per panel for any damages and scratches after return. 8. The fuel of the rented vehicle must be shouldered by the renter(the renter must return the fuel at the same level when he/she rented it.) 9. Should there be any breaches to any above clauses; the owner has the right to repossess the vehicle without any refund with a compensation of P10,000.00.
