Car Rental Terms and Conditions: EXCESS HOURS. Use of the vehicle beyond the agreed return time specified herein shall be subject to the penalty rate (P150.00) per hour unless an extension has been requested and approved. RENTAL EXTENSION. The renter can request for an extension to his\her specified return time while the rental is in progress. If the extension is beyond 6 hours, we shall charge you an equavalent to 1 day rental as requested by the renter and approved by at 3 hours prior to the return time, or be charged to the agreed return time, unless a Rental Extension has been requested and paid by the Renter. The Renter agrees to return the vehicle in its current good condition to the Owner on the return date and hour. The Renter understands that the vehicle is for use only in Negros Island Only and cannot be taken to other locations. Damage or Loss. As permitted given the extent of the law, the Renter will be responsible for risk of theft, damage, loss, or destruction of the Vehicle from any and every cause. If while in the Renter's possession the Vehicle becomes damaged, the Renter agrees to pay for all costs of repair, up to the current value of the vehicle. If while in the Renter's possession, the Vehicle becomes lost, the Renter agrees to pay the Owner its current value. Vehicles are restricted from being taken on or driven on these areas : inter-islands, mountain trails, unmade / flooded roads. They cannot also be engaged in racing or any extreme adventure sports. Any delay in the return of the vehicle without any advice whatsoever, we will automatically report the vehicle missing to the PNP anti-carnapping group.
