PT. ASIAN AUTO AND CAR RENTAL INDONESIA Terms & Conditions (For Foreigners Only) ________________________________________ 1. Who Can Rent • This service is only for foreigners and expatriates. • You must show a passport, visa, and international driving license before renting. • You must also show where you are staying (hotel, Airbnb, or residence). ________________________________________ 2. Rental Period • Minimum rental: 24 hours (1 day). • Pick-up time starts when you receive the vehicle. • Return must be on the agreed date. • If you are late: o First 1 hour = free. o More than 1 hour = Rp 50,000 per hour. o More than 5 hours = charged 1 full day. ________________________________________ 3. Payment & Deposit • Pay the full rental amount before using the vehicle. • Pay a security deposit of Rp 2,000,000, or Rp 6,000,000 if not around Jakarta areas (refundable). • The deposit will be returned within 7 days (or instantly if paid in cash) after we check the vehicle. • Payments accepted by cash, bank transfer, or GoPay/DANA. ________________________________________ 4. Use of Vehicle • You are responsible for the vehicle during the rental period. • Do not use it for racing, illegal activities, or off-road trips. • You must pay for your own fuel, parking, and toll fees. • Please return the vehicle with the same fuel level and in clean condition. ________________________________________ 5. Damage & Loss • Any damage, accident, or loss during the rental is the renter’s responsibility. • For cars and motorbikes: renter pays the repair or replacement cost. • For drones or cameras (if rented): renter pays 50% of replacement value. • Full deposit may be used to cover damages if necessary. ________________________________________ 6. Insurance • Basic third-party insurance is included (if available). • Any damage not covered by insurance must be paid by the renter. ________________________________________ 7. Return & Inspection • Return the vehicle on the agreed date. • We will inspect the vehicle upon return. • If there are no damages, your deposit will be refunded. • If damaged or dirty, cleaning or repair costs will be deducted. ________________________________________ 8. Cancellation Policy • Cancellation before pick-up: Free. • Cancellation after receiving the vehicle: No refund. ________________________________________ 9. Agreement By renting from PT.
