1. A photo of your driver’s license will be taken.
2. A photo of you with the unit will be taken.
3. A ₱400 security deposit (refundable after unit return and inspection).
4. Signing of a Service Agreement.
5. We will collect one valid ID for security purposes (to be returned upon return of the unit).
