Motorcycle Rental Agreement Requirements Renter must be at least 21 years old. Must present a valid Philippine driver’s license with motorcycle restriction (A or A1) upon pickup. Usage Rules For personal use only (no racing, stunts, or illegal activities). Renter is responsible for general cleanliness and proper care. Do not leave the key in the ignition when unattended. There will be a car wash fee of 100 pesos if returned dirty. Fuel & Return The motorcycle must be returned to us with the same level of gas. (Charges apply if not.) Must be returned on the agreed date and time. Late returns may incur additional fees. Damage & Accidents Renter is responsible for any damage (scratches, dents, broken parts, etc.). In case of accident: Immediately inform the Owner. A police report may be required for insurance claims. Insurance Coverage This motorcycle is covered by insurance. Comprehensive: Covers third party liability + motorcycle damage, theft, fire, acts of nature. Deductibles / participation fees and uncovered costs are renter’s responsibility. Any day that the vehicle cannot be booked must be covered. Cancellation Policy Before owner approval (GCash): No refund if you cancel. Refund only if canceled by Owner or no action within 2 days. Before owner approval (Card/PayPal): Full refund if canceled by either party or no action within 2 days. After owner approval: Owner cancels → Full refund. Renter cancels → More than 72 hrs before rental → No fee. Less than 72 hrs → Full rental price charged. Early return: Charged full rental price (no refund).
