1. Driver & Identification Requirements • The renter must present a valid driver’s license and two (2) valid government-issued IDs with an address before renting the vehicle. • The renter must be at least 21 years old and have at least one (1) year of driving experience. 2. Rental Payment & Security Deposit • Full rental payment must be made before releasing the vehicle. • A security deposit (amount depending on rental duration) is required and will be refunded upon return, subject to inspection for damages or violations. 3. Liability for Damages & Accidents • The renter is fully liable for any damage, loss, or accident that occurs during the rental period, regardless of cause. • Any damage or necessary repair costs must be paid immediately upon returning the car. • In case of an accident, the renter must notify the owner immediately and report to the authorities if required. 4. Use of Vehicle • The vehicle must not be used for illegal activities, off-road driving, racing, or subleasing. • Only the renter and authorized drivers are allowed to operate the vehicle. • Any toll fees, traffic violations, or towing charges incurred during the rental period are the renter’s responsibility. 5. Return Condition & Fuel Policy • The vehicle must be returned on time, in the same condition as when rented, with a clean interior and no excessive dirt or stains. • Fuel must be returned at the same level as when it was rented, or refueling charges will apply. 6. Cancellation & Extension • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. • Extensions are subject to approval and additional charges. Failure to return the vehicle on time without notice will result in penalty fees. By renting the vehicle, the renter agrees to these terms and conditions. Non-compliance may result in forfeiture of deposit or legal action if necessary.

Driver license requirements

Foreign driving licenses are valid in the Philippines for up to 90 days after arrival. Beyond 90 days, you must convert your foreign license to a local one. Plan accordingly if your stay is longer than three months. It is recommended to carry an International Driving Permit (IDP).
