📌 VEHICLE RENTAL GUIDELINES & RULES 2025 Toyota Avanza (Black) To ensure a safe, smooth, and hassle-free rental experience, please read and follow the guidelines below: 1. Driver Requirements Driver must have a valid driver’s license (Professional or Non-Professional). Must be at least 25 years old and capable of driving safely. Only the authorized driver(s) listed in the rental agreement may operate the vehicle. 2. Vehicle Use Vehicle must be used responsibly and within legal limits. Strictly no overspeeding, reckless driving, or illegal activities. No off-road use or driving on damaged, flooded, or unsafe roads. Maximum capacity: 7 passengers, including the driver. Do not smoke or vape inside the car. No pets allowed unless properly caged (optional – you may remove this rule). 3. Fuel Policy The car will be released with full amount of fuel. Renter must return the vehicle with the same fuel level. If fuel is less upon return, the renter will shoulder the cost. 4. Cleanliness Please keep the car clean during rental. Any spills, stains, or damages to upholstery may result in a cleaning fee. Remove all trash before returning the vehicle. 5. Payment & Deposit Full rental payment must be made before release of the vehicle. A security deposit of ₱2,000 is required and refundable upon return. Deductions may apply for violations, damages, missing items, or fuel differences. 6. Damage, Loss, and Accidents Renter is responsible for any damage caused during the rental period. Immediately report any accident, damage, or warning lights. Do not attempt to repair the vehicle without Owner approval. In case of major damage or negligence, renter covers full repair cost. 7. Tolls & Violations Renter shoulders all toll fees, parking fees, and traffic violations incurred during rental. Traffic tickets must be settled before returning the unit. 8. Return Policy Return the vehicle on the agreed date and time. Late return charges: ₱1,000 per hour. Vehicle must be returned in the same condition as released. 9. Prohibited Activities No using the vehicle for: Transporting illegal goods Ride-hailing apps (Grab, Indrive, etc.) unless authorized Racing or competitive driving Towing other vehicles Violation may result in immediate termination of rental. 10. Note: Foreign driving licenses are valid in most countries including the Philippines for the next 90 days after arrival. After 90 days foreign driving license is required to be converted to the local standard. Remember that if you are planning a long trip!
