Conditions for specific coverages Own Damage & Theft Documentation: To make a claim for damage or theft, you must submit a police report, photos of the vehicle, and stencils of the motor and chassis numbers. Theft-specific requirements: For a carnapping claim, you must also provide a complaint sheet, an alarm sheet, and a Certificate of Non-Recovery. If the vehicle has a loan, a Bank Certification on Outstanding Loan is also required. Third-Party Liability (TPL) Third-party documentation: If the claim involves a third party, you need to provide their Certificate of No Claim from their own insurer. Property damage: For third-party property damage, proof of ownership for the third-party's property is required, along with a repair estimate and photos. Acts of Nature (AON) This optional but recommended coverage protects the vehicle from damages caused by natural disasters like typhoons, floods, volcanic eruptions, and earthquakes. Loss of Use As an extra benefit, this optional coverage offers a daily transportation allowance of up to Php 500 for a maximum of 15 days while your vehicle is being repaired. Auto Personal Accident (PA) This covers the driver and passengers for accidental medical expenses. Claim documentation: Claims may require medical certificates, hospital statements, and receipts for pharmacy charges. In case of death, a death certificate and proof of legal beneficiaries are needed. Valuable Accessories Protection For custom modifications or valuable accessories to be covered, you must specifically declare their values when purchasing the policy.
