1. Payment & Security Deposit Daily Rate: PHP 1,500 Weekly Rate: PHP 8,900 Security Deposit: PHP5000 (Refundable upon return with no damages) Full payment must be made before vehicle release. 2. Vehicle Use & Restrictions The vehicle is for personal use only and not for subleasing or commercial use. The renter must return the vehicle with the same fuel level as when received. Smoking and pets are not allowed inside the car. Cleaning fees apply for violations. The vehicle must not be used for illegal activities. 3. Driver Eligibility The renter must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license. Additional drivers must be declared and approved by owner. 4. Damages, Accidents & Liability The renter is responsible for any damage, loss, or accident that occurs during the rental period. In case of an accident, the renter must immediately report the incident and shoulder insurance participation fees if applicable. Towing or impounding fees due to renter negligence are at the renter’s expense. 5. Late Return & Extension Late return without prior notice will incur a PHP 300 per hour penalty. Extensions must be approved in advance, with additional payment settled before the extended period begins. 6. Cancellation & Refund Policy No refunds for early returns. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before pick-up for a partial refund. The owner reserves the right to terminate the agreement if the Renter violates any terms.
