Use of the Vehicle: a. The Renter agrees to use the vehicle solely for personal or business use and not for any illegal activities or purposes. b. The Renter agrees not to sublease, lend, or assign the vehicle to any other person or entity without the written consent of the Lessor. c. The Renter is allowed a limit mileage of 200KM a day, for any excess thereafter renter will pay 15php/KM. *Excess hours 200 per hour for sedan and 300 per hour for ADV, VAN, OR AUV, SUV. *The renter should inform the lessor if they will extend the rent ahead of time. *Excess hours. Allowed only for six hours: more than six hours automatically consider for 1 day charge. The renter received the unit in FULL TANK and therefore must return in FULL TANK. Maintenance and Repairs: a. The Lessor will provide the vehicle in a roadworthy condition, and it is the Renter's responsibility to maintain the vehicle during the rental period. b. The Renter agrees to bear all expenses related to fuel, oil changes, and routine maintenance of the vehicle. The Renter will also be responsible for any repair costs resulting from negligence, misuse, or accidents during the rental period. Liability: a. The Renter agrees to assume all liability and responsibility for any accidents, injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the rental period. b. The Owner/Lessor is not liable for any claim or suit that may arise in the event of any form of accident(s) that may happen involving the renter’s life state or in case of vehicle breakdown beyond this control. Return of the Vehicle: a. The Renter agrees to return the vehicle to the Lessor at the agreed-upon location, date, and time specified in this Agreement. b. The vehicle should be returned in the same condition as when rented, except for reasonable wear and tear. Termination of Agreement: The Lessor reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and repossess the vehicle without prior notice in case of violation of any terms and conditions of this Agreement or if the Renter is found to be engaged in any illegal activities. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the city or province where the Lessor's business is located. By confirming below, the parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of this Car Rental Agreement.
