Fuel Policy Renters are responsible for fuel used and must return the motorbike with the same amount of fuel as when it was rented. Damage/Lost Policy The Renter shall be responsible for any damages or losses incurred to the motorbike during the rental period. Damage to the helmet incurs a charge starting at 300, while loss incurs a charge of 1500. Loss of keys incurs a charge of 1500. Prohibition on Taking Motorbikes Outside of Siargao Island The Renter is strictly prohibited from taking the rented motorbike outside of Siargao Island. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement, and the Renter will be responsible for any damages or fees incurred. Prohibited Activities Renters are prohibited from using the motorbike for racing, off-road use, or any other illegal or dangerous activity.

Note: Foreign driving licenses are valid in most countries including the Philippines for the next 90 days after arrival. After 90 days foreign driving license is required to be converted to the local standard. Remember that if you are planning a long trip!
