• Renter must be 18-60 years old • Must have a valid Philippine Driver’s License (Non-Professional or Professional) • License must be not expired • Must present 2 valid government IDs • Full payment required before release of unit. • Security deposit is required. • Late return beyond agreed time incurs additional charges. • No refund for early return. The renter agrees to: • Use the motorcycle responsibly. • No racing, stunt riding, or reckless driving. • No use for illegal activities. • No subleasing or transferring to another driver. • No long-distance travel outside Laguna without approval. • Always wear helmet. • Follow all traffic laws. • Unit is released with fuel level recorded. • Renter must return unit with same fuel level. • Any damage during rental period is the renter’s responsibility. • In case of accident: • Renter must report immediately. • Renter shoulders repair cost. • If covered by insurance, renter pays participation fee. • Total loss due to negligence = renter pays current market value. Units are covered by CTPL (Compulsory Third Party Liability) only. CTPL covers injury or death of third parties only. Damage to: • The rented motorcycle • The renter • Personal property Are NOT covered by CTPL. Owner has the right to retrieve the motorcycle without prior notice if: • Rental terms are violated • Payment is delayed • Unit is used illegally
