USE OF MOTORCYCLE -Renter agrees to use the motorcycle solely for personal transportation purposes and not for any commercial or illegal activities. -Renter shall not sublease, lend, or allow any other person to operate the motorcycle without the prior written consent of the Owner. MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS -Renter shall return the motorcycle in the same condition as when rented, subject to normal wear and tear. -Renter shall be responsible for the cost of any repairs required due to damage during the Rental Period. RETURN OF MOTORCYCLE -Renter shall return the motorcycle to the Owner in the same condition as when rented, on or before the end of the Rental Period, at the location specified by the Owner. DEFAULT -If Renter fails to return the motorcycle as agreed or breaches any terms of this Agreement, Owner may terminate this Agreement and take possession of the motorcycle, and Renter shall be liable for any costs and damages incurred by Owner. GOVERNING LAW -This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of CEBU, PHILIPPINES -ENTIRE AGREEMENT This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties and supersedes all prior agreements, oral or written, with respect to the subject matter hereof. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties hereto have executed this Motorcycle Rental Agreement
