1. Rental Duration: The standard rental duration is 24 hours. There is no refund if the vehicle is returned before the rental contract ends. 2. Security Deposit: A security deposit of 500$ is required for luxury car 3. Overtime: Late return will be charged at 10% of the daily rental rate per hour 4. Damage Policy: Be fully responsible for any damage or accidents that occur during the rental period. The renter must cover all repair costs plus an additional fee calculated as: (daily rental rate) × (repair duration in days) × (50%). 5. Cancellation Fee: "In case of cancellation by the renter, a 50% cancellation fee of the total rental price applies." 6. Responsibility for Additional Facilities: The renter is fully responsible for any damage to additional facilities in the car, including tires, seats, dashboard, and head unit. Ensure the car lights are off when parking. If the battery dies or gets damaged due to negligence, the renter is responsible for replacing it. 7. Permission for Repairs: In the event of an accident or other issues, the renter must obtain permission from Easy Indo Travel before replacing or repairing any spare parts. 8. Documentation: The renter must take a photo with the vehicle during the handover process for documentation purposes. 9. Usage Restrictions: Vehicles may only be used within Bali Province. Taking the vehicle outside Bali without prior permission will result in a fine equivalent to 50% of the rental price. 10. No Smoking Policy: Smoking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited. A fine of Rp. 500,000 will be imposed upon return if the vehicle has a cigarette smell. 11. Prohibited Usage: The vehicle may not be used off public roads (e.g., beaches, mountains, fields, jungles, etc.), exceed speed limits, or violate any applicable traffic laws or regulations. 12. Third-Party Accidents: In case of an accident involving a third party, the renter bears full responsibility for any resulting damages or liabilities. 13.
