✅ Motorbike Rental Terms and Conditions
1. Rental Requirements
Renter must present a valid driver’s license (local or international).
Renter must be at least 18 years old.
2. Rental Period
Minimum rental period is 24 hours.
Late returns will be charged ₱40.00 per hour.
3. Motorbike Use
The motorbike is for personal use only and must not be used for racing, towing, or illegal activities.
Renter is responsible for any damage, loss, or traffic violations during the rental period.
4. Fuel Policy
Motorbike will be released with [full/half/one fourth] tank of fuel. Renter must return it with the same level of fuel.
5. Insurance and Liability
The motorbike is covered with CTPL insurance only. Any other damages will be charged to the renter.
Renter must shoulder repair costs for any damages caused by misuse or accident.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations made 24 hours before rental will receive a full refund. No refund for late cancellations or no-shows.
7. Emergencies
In case of breakdown or accident, contact us immediately at 📞 [09567451523].
By renting, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Note: Foreign driving licenses are valid in most countries including the Philippines for the next 90 days after arrival. After 90 days foreign driving license is required to be converted to the local standard. Remember that if you are planning a long trip!
