-Must submit a photocopy of Driver's License (with Restriction 1 indicated),and 1 valid Government ID -Renter must provide his/her own helmet to use. -Cash Deposit of P2000 to cover any damages (refundable upon return of the motorcycle) -Renter assumes full responsibility of the motorcycle for the whole rental period. -In case of Damage, Renter will pay the cost of repair regardless of cause. -In case of Lost, the renter must pay the unit's current market value -Incase of accident regardless of who is at fault for the cause of accident, the Renter must contact the Owner and report the incident. ***The renter must do the following: • Take pictures (Front, Back and Side of Vehicle, Road must be visible) • Photocopy of OR/CR of vehicle involved • Photocopy of License and Identification Card of the party involve • Photocopy of Insurance of vehicle involve • Secure a Police Report -Renter is the only authorized driver and confirms in possession of a Valid Driver’s License. -Renter will pay for all fines and penalties to any traffic violation committed during rental period. -Renter is responsible to return as much fuel in the Tank as when received. -Renter must return the motorcycle on time according to agreed time and location
