1. Requirements for Renters:
Must be 21 years old and above
Must present a valid driver’s license (Non-Pro or Professional)
Must provide a valid government-issued ID
2. Rental Inclusions:
Vehicle use for the agreed duration
Basic insurance coverage
24/7 customer support
3. Rental Exclusions:
Fuel (should be returned at the same fuel level)
Toll fees, parking fees, and traffic violations
Excessive cleaning or damage fees if applicable
4. Payment Terms:
Full payment must be made before vehicle release
Security deposit of ₱____ (refundable upon return with no damages)
Payment modes accepted: GCash, bank transfer, or cash
5. Usage Restrictions:
Vehicle is not allowed for racing, off-road use, or illegal activities
No sub-renting or unauthorized drivers
Long-distance trips (out of town) must be declared in advance
6. Vehicle Return:
Must be returned on or before the agreed date and time
Late return charges apply: ₱___ per hour
Vehicle must be returned clean and undamaged
7. Cancellations & Refunds:
Cancellation 48 hours before: Full refund
Cancellation within 24 hours: 50% refund
No-show: No refund
8. Liability:
Renter is liable for any accidents, damages, or theft due to negligence
Insurance does not cover reckless driving or DUI cases
Note: Foreign driving licenses are valid in most countries including the Philippines for the next 90 days after arrival. After 90 days foreign driving license is required to be converted to the local standard. Remember that if you are planning a long trip!

The vehicle is covered by basic comprehensive insurance, which includes:
Own damage (partial coverage)
Theft protection
Third-party liability (TPL)
2. Not Covered by Insurance:
Damages caused by:
Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
Unauthorized drivers (not listed in the rental agreement)
Off-road or reckless driving
Overloading or improper use of the vehicle
Acts of negligence or violation of traffic rules
Personal belongings lost or damaged during the rental
3. Renter Responsibilities:
In case of accident or damage, the renter must:
Notify the owner and authorities immediately
Submit a police report and complete an insurance claim form
Renter is responsible for:
Insurance participation fee or deductible (₱___ depending on damage)
Any repair costs not covered by the insurance
Cost of downtime (days the vehicle cannot be rented due to repair)
4. Security Deposit:
A security deposit of ₱___ is required and will be refunded if:
No damage occurs
No insurance claims are filed
Emergency room expanses coverage.
