RENTAL REQUIREMENTS Renter must be at least 21 years old. Must possess a valid Driver’s License (Non-Professional or Professional). Renter must know how to drive a manual transmission vehicle. Must present valid government-issued IDs: Filipino Renters: Driver’s License (copy) Two (2) valid government-issued IDs (e.g., National ID, UMID, PRC) Proof of billing Foreign Renters: Passport (copy) A ₱3,000.00 security deposit is required. Deposit will be refunded at the end of the trip provided there are no scratches, damages, or violations. RENTER’S RESPONSIBILITIES The renter accepts full responsibility for the vehicle during the entire rental period. The renter is the only authorized driver and must always carry a valid Driver’s License. In case of damage, the renter agrees to pay the full cost of repair, regardless of cause. In case of loss or total damage, the renter agrees to pay the vehicle’s value. The renter shall shoulder all traffic violations, fines, penalties, and legal fees incurred during the rental period. The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as when received. Excess fuel is non-refundable. All toll fees shall be paid by the renter. Toll fees may be loaded via GCash by the renter. RFID load is non-refundable. The renter agrees to return the vehicle on time. Late returns may be subject to additional charges. A car wash fee of ₱300.00 will be charged upon return. Any damages incurred during the rental period shall be fully shouldered by the renter.
