RENTAL REQUIREMENTS Renter must be at least 21 years old. Must possess a valid Driver’s License (Non-Professional or Professional). Renter must know how to drive a manual transmission vehicle. Must present valid government-issued IDs: Filipino Renters: Driver’s License (copy) Two (2) valid government-issued IDs (e.g., National ID, UMID, PRC) Proof of billing Foreign Renters: Passport (copy) A ₱3,000.00 security deposit is required. Deposit will be refunded at the end of the trip provided there are no scratches, damages, or violations. RENTER’S RESPONSIBILITIES The renter accepts full responsibility for the vehicle during the entire rental period. The renter is the only authorized driver and must always carry a valid Driver’s License. In case of damage, the renter agrees to pay the full cost of repair, regardless of cause. In case of loss or total damage, the renter agrees to pay the vehicle’s value. The renter shall shoulder all traffic violations, fines, penalties, and legal fees incurred during the rental period. The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as when received. Excess fuel is non-refundable. All toll fees shall be paid by the renter. Toll fees may be loaded via GCash by the renter. RFID load is non-refundable. The renter agrees to return the vehicle on time. Late returns may be subject to additional charges. A car wash fee of ₱300.00 will be charged upon return. Any damages incurred during the rental period shall be fully shouldered by the renter.

Driver license requirements

Foreign driving licenses are valid in the Philippines for up to 90 days after arrival. Beyond 90 days, you must convert your foreign license to a local one. Plan accordingly if your stay is longer than three months. It is recommended to carry an International Driving Permit (IDP).

ACCIDENT & INCIDENT PROCEDURE In case of an accident involving another party, where the other party is involved or at fault, the renter must immediately inform the owner and provide the following: Clear photos of the vehicles involved: Front, back, and side views Road and surrounding area must be visible Photocopy of OR/CR of the vehicle(s) involved. Photocopy of Driver’s License and valid ID of the other party. Photocopy of insurance documents of the vehicle(s) involved. A Police Report documenting the incident. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in full liability on the renter. Minimal light scratches, dent, chip off and likes: charge to renter starts @4,500 /panel *For long & heavy scratches /damages, payment will be base on casa quotation.
