Here are our general terms and conditions for car rentals po: *Rental Term:* - The rental period starts from the date and time of vehicle pickup. - Extensions may be possible with mutual consent. Late returns without at least 6 hours prior notice will incur hourly fees (₱250/hour). *Scope of Use:* - The vehicle is for personal or routine business use only on well-maintained roads. - Subleasing, using it as a vehicle for hire, or for driving tests is not allowed. - The vehicle must not be taken outside the Bicol Region. *Rental Fees & Other Charges:* - *Fuel:* The unit is provided with a certain level of fuel and should be returned with the same level or more. - *Cleanliness:* The vehicle is provided clean and must be returned in the same condition. A cleaning fee of at least ₱300 will be charged if it's returned dirty. A stain removal fee of ₱1,000 per stain may also apply. - *Extension:* Hourly charges apply for extensions. For sedans, it's ₱150/hour, and for SUVs, it's ₱250/hour. *Security Deposit:* - A security deposit of ₱3,500 is required. This will be used for any necessary repairs or replacements if the vehicle is damaged during the rental period. If the repair cost exceeds the deposit, the renter is responsible for the balance. *Requirements:* - Upon booking, you will be asked to fill out and sign our terms and conditions form.
