2 Government ID Proof of billing LTMS LTO PORTAL for the Driver Valid Driver's license .📄 TERMS & CONDITIONS – Mharos Car rental Applies to all vehicles rented through Book2Wheel and operated under Mharos Car rental or its affiliated partners. ⸻ ✅ Rental Requirements • Must be 25 years old and above. • Must provide: ◦ Valid Driver’s License with LTMS QR CODE (PHL/International) ◦ Passport or valid government-issued ID ◦ Billing statement matching the renter’s address • Renter must comply with all Philippine traffic rules and laws. ⸻ 💳 Payment Terms • Accepted: Cash, Bank Transfer, Credit Card • Credit card payments may incur processing fees • All rates are VAT exclusive, unless stated ⸻ 🚫 Cancellation Policy • Strict no cancellation, refund, or rebooking once confirmed and paid ⸻ ⏱ Rental Duration & Overtime • Standard rental duration is 24 hours • More than 3 hours of overtime = charged as 1 full day • Overtime charge: Php 300/hour • For long-term rentals, a similar replacement unit may be provided if the original vehicle needs maintenance ⸻ 🧾 Vehicle Return Policy Renter is responsible for: • Returning the vehicle on time and in clean, working condition • Fuel, toll fees, and parking charges • Washing/cleaning the vehicle before return • Paying for any missing tools or accessories ⸻ ⚠️ Vehicle Use Restrictions Do NOT use the vehicle: • If you’re below 25 years old • For commercial, illegal, or rideshare purposes • Under the influence of alcohol or drugs • For racing, off-road, trail, or extreme activities • To tow or carry oversized items • If you’re not the registered renter or authorized driver ⸻ 💥 Collision & Damage Liability • Renter is liable for minimum Php 20,000 per incident (if uninsured) • Renter must pay for damages, repairs, and loss of income while the vehicle is under repair • Non-compliance or missing documents voids insurance coverage and may result in full liability ⸻ 📍 Travel Outside Luzon • Written approval required for trips outside Luzon • Unauthorized trips will void any support and make renter liable for all mechanical issues or breakdowns ⸻ 🛠 Mechanical Issues & Repairs • Any repairs or adjustments must be coordinated with the agency • Flat tires and damage caused by negligence or misuse are fully shouldered by renter • Delays caused by breakdowns are not the agency’s liability ⸻ 🔁 Extension Policy • Contact the agency before rental end to request extensions • Uninformed or unauthorized extensions = breach of contract ⸻ ⚖️ Legal Jurisdiction • All legal matters will be handled in Pasay City • Late payments are subject to 24% annual interest • Legal cases may include attorney’s fees (min. Php 25,000) ⸻ 🆓 Liability Release • Mharos Car Rental acts only as a booking facilitator • Insurance availability depends on the vehicle owner • Renter accepts full responsibility for all fines, penalties, and traffic violations ⸻ 📌 IMPORTANT REMINDERS • Always inspect the unit before release • You are 100% responsible for the vehicle once turned over • Follow all terms—violations may result in charges or legal action. We will Collect 5,000.00 security deposit upon releasing the unit and it will be refunded after the rent.
