Driver license requirements
Foreign driving licenses are valid in the Philippines for up to 90 days after arrival. Beyond 90 days, you must convert your foreign license to a local one. Plan accordingly if your stay is longer than three months. It is recommended to carry an International Driving Permit (IDP).

Insurance & Liability Information
The scooter is covered by basic compulsory insurance (CTPL) as required by law.
CTPL insurance covers bodily injury or death of third parties only in case of an accident.
CTPL does NOT cover:
Damage to the rented scooter
Injury to the renter/driver
Theft, loss, or vandalism
Personal belongings of the renter
Any damage to the scooter, whether due to accident, negligence, or misuse, will be fully charged to the renter.
In case of an accident:
The renter must immediately inform the owner
A police report may be required for insurance claims
Traffic violations, fines, and penalties during the rental period are the sole responsibility of the renter.
If the scooter is used in violation of the rental agreement (e.g., reckless driving, illegal use, unlicensed driver), insurance coverage may be voided, and the renter will be fully liable for all costs.
Any insurance claim processing fees or uncovered expenses will be charged to the renter.
