2. Age Requirement – Renter must be at least 23 years old and not more than 60 years old.
3. Valid IDs – Provide at least two government-issued IDs for verification.
5. Rental Payment – Full payment must be made before or upon vehicle handover.
6. Driving Responsibility – The renter is responsible for safe driving and must follow all traffic rules.
7. Usage Limitations – Vehicle should not be used for racing, towing, or illegal activities.
8. Fuel Policy – Car must be returned with the same fuel level as released.
9. Cleanliness – Car should be returned in clean condition; excessive dirt may incur cleaning charges.
10. Liability for Damages – Any damages, traffic violations, or accidents during the rental period are the responsibility of the renter.
Note: Foreign driving licenses are valid in most countries including the Philippines for the next 90 days after arrival. After 90 days foreign driving license is required to be converted to the local standard. Remember that if you are planning a long trip!

Insurance details:
1. Coverage Limitations
• CTPL covers death and/or bodily injury of third parties caused by the insured vehicle.
• It does not cover property damage (e.g., vehicles, houses, or other objects).
• It does not cover injuries or death of the driver, vehicle owner, or passengers (except when specifically stated).
2. Validity
• CTPL is valid for one year and must be renewed annually.
• Insurance is tied to the vehicle’s plate number and registration, not the driver.
3. Exclusions
• No coverage if the vehicle is used for illegal acts (e.g., crimes, drag racing).
• No coverage if the driver does not have a valid driver’s license.
• No coverage if the accident was caused intentionally.
4. Claim Process
• Report the accident immediately to the insurance company.
• Submit required documents: police report, insurance policy, driver’s license, and vehicle registration.
• CTPL claims are subject to limits prescribed by the Insurance Commission (currently ₱100,000 for death/bodily injury per accident).
5. Obligations of the Insured
• Ensure the policy is authentic and updated (beware of fake CTPL sold near LTO offices).
• Notify the insurance provider of any changes in ownership or registration details.
• Cooperate fully during investigations of claims.
